Thermocare Hot and Cold pack
The Thermalcare hot and cold pack is great for targeted heat or cold therapy. It is safe to be heated up gently by microwave, as well as to be cooled in a freezer.

We love using these non- toxic clay packs for both thermotherapy (hot) and cryotherapy (cold). Hot therapy to help relax muscle and soft tissue stiffness. Cold therapy can be useful for the relief of symptoms due to joint and muscle soreness, swelling and discomfort.
How to use
Hot (thermal) therapy: start with heating it up in a microwave for 30 seconds, then gradually heat for a few rounds of 10 seconds until warm. Knead pack for even distribution of heat after each round of heating. We recommend applying heat pack for 3 to 5 minutes per affected area. Check temperature every minute.
Cold therapy: safe to store in freezer. Use with a towel wrapped around. We recommend applying cold pack for 3 to 5 minutes per affected area.
Caution: do not leave pet unattended with the hot and cold pack. Do not let pet bite the pack. Overheating may cause injury.
