Aging Gracefully™ was formulated specifically for the senior dog companion to enhance physical and mental well-being by supporting cerebral circulation and scavenging free radicals.
During our pet’s senior years, they can lose the ‘Oomph’ from their energy levels and may want to sleep more hours than they're wake. Aging Gracefully™ helps to enhance the twilight years, while bringing back alertness, luster and increased energy levels.
Veterinarians recommend Aging Gracefully™ for dogs that are 9 years and above.
One of the ingredients in our formula, Red Reishi mushroom is known for promoting restful sleep as it increases slow-wave sleep. As our dogs age, sound sleep is as important for their normal healing and rejuvenation process to promote overall health and well-being as it is for humans. An active ingredient found in Red Reishi are triterpenes, called ganoderic acids. Preliminary studies indicated that ganoderic acids may support healthy immune and liver functions. Other studies report that Red Reishi may support both neurological and mental well-being.
Additionally, Aging Gracefully™ contains the potent antioxidant enzymes superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione, peroxidase and catalase, has many essential amino acids and non-essential amino acids, impressive concentrations of B vitamins, and works with the body to support a healthy stress response.
