Initial Consultation Deposit

A deposit of $500 is requested to help secure your appointment in our schedule, as our staff need to review your pet's case in advance of the appointment. The deposit will be used against your initial consultation fee or can be used towards product purchase if you decide you no longer need the appointment.

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable nor transferable as credit.

Please provide payment advice via email to and be sure to include your name and pet’s name. We can only confirm your appointment after receiving your updated questionnaire and the deposit.
