Core Values

This week I decided our team should review our Paws in Motion company core values, so we can be sure to align new employees with our values and mission. From 60 qualities or values, each team member selected 10 values which we felt represented our colleagues at Paws in Motion. The finding was unanimous! All our team member’s selections included these 5 values:

  • Commitment to customers
  • Compassion
  • Quality
  • Passion
  • Teamwork

Backed up with our next 5 most identified values: Reputation, Trustworthiness, Knowledge, Self-respect and Continuous Learning. So proud to say …….This is Paws in Motion!
